Chakra means “Wheel” on Sankrist. According to Indians the human body is full of channels through which the energy circulates, which they call "prana".They are our energy center that keep us on communication with our inner world, our spiritual world, the energy world, emotional and physical. These centers are spreading in form of swirl.
Exist seven principal chakras and various secondary that match whit the acupuncture point. Each of them related whit a few endocrine glands inside the physical body.
The different Chakras
On our body exist chakras along the spine up to the coronilla, but her I talk about one specific chakra; The sixth Chakra, located on glabella and represents our third eye. It is one of the most spiritual chakras; all our mental powers are under this chakra. It is related to clarity of thought and analysis of situations; with imagination, ideals, dreams, and the power of visualization. It is our inner wise.
This Chakra is called Ajna and can be on balance or imbalance.
If the energy is balanced, we know what our trajectory is, where we are going. This allows us to develop our objectives away from what hinders us.
If Ajna is not well balanced, there is confusion, we do not see clearly the ideas and also, they have no exit to the material plane, becoming frustration. If Ajna is blocked, we can suffer eye problems; headaches, vertigo, etc. will usually manifest themselves.
In conclusion is important it is important to take care of our energies and be aware of when the chakras are blocked this cause’s physical pain, and we must learn to treat them beyond the medical, listen to our energies.
