The spiritual importance of the chakras

Chakra means “Wheel” on Sankrist. According to Indians the human body is full of channels through which the energy circulates, which they call "prana".They are our energy center that keep us on communication with our inner world, our spiritual world, the energy world, emotional and physical. These centers are spreading in form of swirl.
Exist seven principal chakras and various secondary that match whit the acupuncture point. Each of them related whit a few endocrine glands inside the physical body.

The different Chakras
On our body exist chakras along the spine up to the coronilla, but her I talk about one specific chakra; The sixth Chakra, located on glabella and represents our third eye. It is one of the most spiritual chakras; all our mental powers are under this chakra. It is related to clarity of thought and analysis of situations; with imagination, ideals, dreams, and the power of visualization. It is our inner wise.

This Chakra is called Ajna and can be on balance or imbalance.
If the energy is balanced, we know what our trajectory is, where we are going. This allows us to develop our objectives away from what hinders us.
If Ajna is not well balanced, there is confusion, we do not see clearly the ideas and also, they have no exit to the material plane, becoming frustration. If Ajna is blocked, we can suffer eye problems; headaches, vertigo, etc. will usually manifest themselves.

In conclusion is important it is important to take care of our energies and be aware of when the chakras are blocked this cause’s physical pain, and we must learn to treat them beyond the medical, listen to our energies.

Love is in the air

When I realized that this blog was free, I was a long time thinking about what to talk about. I wanted to show something that I enjoy and that is essential for my life, such as: love.
At present, we are faced with different situations that make us question what we say, what we think and even what we feel. Many times because of stress we forget what is really important.

We can find love in different ways and in different people. My family is my base of love that has taught me everything I know about him and that has allowed me to give love to others. Also my friends, they are the reflection of the selfless love that a person gives you who does not have direct ties with you, but who supports you and supports you when things are difficult.

Nobody knows what can happen tomorrow, life is ephemeral and that is because we must remember every day to express what we feel to our loved ones. For me, love is everything, it sustains me and gives me the strength to continue day by day.

Let's not forget to say I love you!馃挊

Hi! Today I’m writing to tell you about my best vacations. With 5 friends we decided to go on a trip to the south of Chile during the summer vacation of the year 2018. Our destination was to get the city of Puerto Montt, but everything else would be improvisation, so when we got there we made the decision to know the Chilo茅 island. It was the first time I was on a boat and the first time I was so far from my home.

We spent around two weeks on the Island of Chilo茅, where we met towns like Castro, Ancud, Dalcahue and Quemchi, beautiful places full of wonderful nature and very friendly people. During the days we basically dedicated ourselves to tour, moving around the city “by finger”, eating, smoking weed and drinking wine because it was very cold hahaha It's vacation!

It is my best vacation because the place was beautiful and had a little magic in each place. Also, the best of all is that I was accompanied by the best friends that life could give me, it was an environment of respect and love, where every day I learned something new about friendship. The magic of Chilo茅 gave us the best experience of life.

A Country I would like to visit

People who know me, know that one of my dreams is to travel to Jamaica, because I would love to know more about reggae culture and I love the Caribbean Sea.

About the search I did of this destination, I know that it is the third largest island in the entire Caribbean, its economy is based on tourism, due to its countless beaches and rivers that delight with its tropical climate. Besides, they stand out for their participation in Olympic and world sports where they are the best positioned.
I would like to go on vacation there, to sunbathe and visit the museums that tell the story of Bob Marley.
If I would have the chance to live there,  I could study their culture, especially the religious debate between Protestants and Rastafarians.
Even though I hear it's highly homophobic, but I think I'll prove this when I travel there , because we shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

The best subject

My favorite subject in my first year at university is “Historia social de Chile” dictated by the teacher Daniel Faur茅 with Nicky Cer贸n that is assitant. I have this class every Wednesday at 10:15 in the morning.

In this class the teacher focus content in the Chilean society, our development as a historical subject and the struggles. The classes have been oriented to understand the creation of the historical subject from the constitution of different key characters, for example: the peasant or the pawn.

I like this class because I think it is important to know about the past that we have as a lower class, it is the different struggles of the peasant to recognize himself as a political and historical subject that constitute the working class up to the present. Besides, I like how the teacher gives his classes, since he not only teaches what has been imposed on us since school, but also shows us new horizons of knowledge

After each class, I’m left wondering how can I continue with the legacy of my past? I hope some day to have the strength and knowledge to face those who dominate us

an expert in your field that you admire

Michel Foucault was a historian, philosopher, psychologist, social theorist and professor. Born in France and recognized throughout the world for his influence on the conflicts of society. His approach allows a critique of modernity, based on Nietzsche and Kant.

It is for the social sciences and humanism a fundamental author to understand conflicts about power, government, governmentality, biopolitics, security, population, among others.

His books are the records of these studies, because they are based on the different speeches that Foucault made in his chairs. Among his most famous works stands out: "watch and punish" "history of madness in the classical era" "words and things"

I like this author because it expresses new ways of understanding society and demonstrates the power that the government exercises over us every day, giving us the possibility to question this situation and open up new possibilities.

In addition, in the university they have taught us about their thinking and their ideology, which has made it more interesting. I invite you to meet Foucault!

Master and Me

I really like the photos especially if they are of things that I love. Although I'm not professional or don’t have a good camera, I'm constantly taking pictures of anything.

My favorite photo in the world is this, in which I go out with my dog named Master. For my Master is more than a pet, is a friend who came to light and accompany my days.

This photo was taken by the year 2008 by my mom in my house, in the photo you can see that I was a little girl and Master was a puppy.

This photo is my favorite because we were both small and I feel nostalgic to know that he has always been with me, he has grown up with me.
At present, Master is between 9 and 10 years. He really is very playful though now this old dog.

Every day I don’t forget to greet him and tell him how much I love him when he sleeps with me. I really don’t imagine a life without him and every day I thank God for putting it in my life
